The Project on Defense Alternatives will release a report entitled A Reasonable Defense on Nov. 14 with by a telephone press briefing featuring Congressman Barney Frank. The report outlines how to achieve an additional $550 billion in defense savings beyond President Obama’s FY 2013 defense budget request – defense savings that are appropriate to a grand fiscal bargain and avoid the institutional and economic harm that might result from sequestration.
